Amici, an Italian food truck located in downtown Buda that opened in 2019, closed up shop on Feb. 24 according to a Facebook post.

"We want to thank you all for your love and support of our Amici on wheels. We love Buda. It is our community; it's where we live. Maybe one day, it will work out for us to have a second Amici building in Buda," the post said.

Although the food truck is closing, Amici will be expanding and moving to a new brick and mortar space in South Austin.

Amici served a variety of Italian appetizers and pasta dishes like tortellini bolognese, shrimp scampi and penne Amatriciana and more.
