El Pollo Rico celebrated the grand opening of its new Buda location at the beginning of December.

According to the franchise's website, this is the 15th location to open in Texas.

The Mexican restaurant specializes in authentic charcoal chicken and serves a wide variety of chicken taco plates, flautas, quesadillas, tostadas and tortas.
