Part-owner Yesenia Ramirez, who has been a hairdresser for over 20 years and is fluent in Spanish, was inspired by her mother who was also a stylist when they lived in Mexico.
"I remember her working at the salon, and I remember me telling her at 6 years old, 'When I grow up I [want] to be just like you,'" Ramirez said. "I just love the beauty industry. I like making people feel good about themselves."
Ramirez also specializes in blondes, vivid colors and hand-tied extensions.
