Great American Cookies and Pretzelmaker at the Tanger Outlets in San Marcos will be temporarily closed for remodeling.

The bakery will be expanding to include a Marble Slab.

Great American Cookies offers freshly baked gourmet cookies, brownies and cookie cakes. Pretzelmaker offers hand-rolled pretzels.

The store is projected to reopen in July.
