The business is located in the San Marcos Premium Outlets next to Vineyard Vines and across from Francesca's.
Kokee Tea sells a variety of milk and fresh fruit teas, such as strawberry, green grape, honey milk, matcha latte and honey grapefruit black tea. They also sell macaroons and croffles.
Co-owner Diane Park said it was a good location.
"A lot of people come to this more," Park said.
Texas Bean and Brew House opened in its second location in early January at the San Marcos Premium Outlets, 3939 S. I-35, Ste. 900, San Marcos. The first Texas Bean and Brew House opened in 2019 at 1328 N. I-35, San Marcos.
The all-day breakfast joint offers specials, such as the Texas B&B, which comes with eggs, pancakes, bacon or sausage, and potato hash. Other breakfast items include breakfast tacos, omelets, French toast and more.
Texas Bean and Brew House also serves lunch and dinner with its menu featuring sandwiches, chicken-fried steak and salads.
