For those looking to fill their weekend itinerary with local events, here are some happenings in the community to attend with family and friends. Other things to do include eating a meal at a local barbecue, burger or brunch spot; hopping around town for the best happy hour specials; watching the big game at a local sports bar; and finding a volunteering opportunity to get involved in the community.
