Owned by Food Network host John Green, Odds Bar & Bistro aims to combine upscale casual dining with an industrial urban bistro concept.
Per a release, the menu will feature familiar favorites with a twist, such as chicken wings prepared in a 24-hour garlic brine, with a selection of sauces including Odd's Crazy Hot Sauce, barbecue sauce and chile lime; braised short ribs slow-cooked in a tomato and red wine sauce, served over pappardelle pasta with parmigiano reggiano; and a dessert menu including Odds French Toast, a berry and whipped cream-topped thick-cut french toast.
The cocktail menu will also feature Odd takes on bar standards like the French 75, Sidecar and New York Sour alongside local brews and a curated list of wines.
