Ramen Tatsu-Ya is now open in Round Rock.

Founded by chefs Tatsu Aikawa and Takuya Matsumoto, the restaurant offers a variety of authentic Japanese ramen as well as small bites such as gyoza, katsu sliders and edamame. Ramen Tatsu-Ya is one of several businesses to announce a location in Rock Creek Plaza.

The restaurant also has locations throughout the Austin metro.
