The Azola Avery Centre, a luxury multifamily housing development located in the Avery Centre development in northeast Round Rock, was completed in June.

The 359-unit apartment complex offers studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with rental rates between $1,200 and $2,600.

A project of ZOM Living and CP Capital, units in the development also range from 573 to 1,564 square feet in size.

"Our role is centered on delivering critical housing within the immediate area," said Jason Haun, senior vice president of ZOM Living’s Southwest division. "While most of the development within the master plan has occurred on the west side, ZOM played a key role in initiating new activity on the east side of A.W. Grimes."

While there was already road construction on this side of the developemnt, Haun said ZOM served as a catalyst for activating development on its east side.

The Avery Centre is a 1,200-acre master-planned community set to bring a variety of housing types to the area, such as apartments, townhomes and traditional single family.

It will be built around Texas State Round Rock, Austin Community College and Texas A&M Health Science Center-Round Rock, with developer SEC Planning including a walkable town center in plans for the development.
