Across the Round Rock market in November, median home prices increased in some areas and decreased in others, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors. Meanwhile, the total number of homes sold dropped from 127 in November 2022 to 108 in November 2023.

Year over year, home sales in ZIP codes 78664, 78681 and 78717 dropped, while sales in 78665 increased. In 78665, sales increased by 22%.

Median home prices varied across the markets. Prices in ZIP codes 78644 and 78665 dropped by 11.5% and 13%, respectively. Prices in ZIP codes 78681 and 78717 increased by 1.7% and 12.7%, respectively.

Most homes on the market—59—were sold for between $300,000 and $499,999. There were also:

• 5 homes sold for between $700,000 and $899,999
• 31 homes sold for between $500,000 and $699,999
• 7 homes sold for $299,999 or less

The average number of days homes spent on the market was down year over year in three ZIP codes.
