Scope of work: improvement of an existing space into a new Wingstop restaurant using new finishes, material and equipment

Scope of work: construction of sidewalks and pedestrian ramps associated with the Avery Nelson Parkway roadway extension project

3. Brushy Creek Elementary School: 3800 Stonebridge Drive, Round Rock

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: Jan. 10-Dec. 1, 2022

Estimated cost: $8.4 million

Scope of work: 24,000-square-foot classroom addition, renovation to existing gym, cafeteria and classroom ceiling replacement

4. Emerson Automation Solutions Nex-Gen 2W: 1100 W. Louis Henna Blvd. W., Round Rock

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: Nov. 1-March 28

Estimated cost: $3.2 million

Scope of work: interior build-out of existing shell space on level 2W of west building 1 for new office workspace

5. 7-Eleven renovation—15829 I-35, Pflugerville

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: Feb. 21-April 4

Estimated cost: $440,000

Scope of work: remodel of existing convenience store to include equipment modifications, finishes updates and new propane tank with new slab
