A citywide maintenance plan will see some Round Rock thoroughfares renewed over the next year.
Greenlawn Boulevard, Double Creek Drive, Sam Bass Road, Cypress Boulevard, McNeil Road, Sundance Parkway, La Frontera Boulevard, Parker Drive and Short Trail are the subject of a $6.54 million contract with Cutler Repaving Inc. that was awarded during an April 27 City Council meeting. The contract will be paid entirely via the $0.005 of the sales tax rate set aside by the city for the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corp.
