Stellar Enclosed Storage, locally owned by Eric and Michelle Klingemann, is targeted to open later this year.
The pair also own Executive Enclosed Storage at 1531 Red Bud Lane, Round Rock, which opened in December of 2021, and operated Sam Bass Covered Storage prior to its closure to make way for a road widening project.
Michelle Klingemann said the facility will be fully enclosed and offer a high level of security for the 40-foot and 50-foot storage units to be located on the property. She also said the project is being built out using entirely local contractors.
