The high-end storage facility caters to owners of boats, RVs and small businesses who need to store large machinery. Small businesses cannot operate within the storage units. Executive Enclosed Boat & RV Storage is owned by the same owners of Sam Bass Covered Storage. While some of the units are completed, the full build-out of the facility is expected in March.
