Einstein Bros. Bagels will soon open a new shop in Round Rock, inside a retail space previously planned for a new Dirty Dough Cookies store.

A representative of the bagel company confirmed the location in July, but said an opening date had not yet been set.

In March, a company representative of the cookie company confirmed the new store was on the way, with a sign mounted to the exterior. This sign has since been replaced by an Einstein Bros. Bagel shop sign.
