National home services franchise HomeSmiles will expand to the greater Austin area in August, franchise owner Trevor Methena said.

HomeSmiles offers preventative maintenance for homes to avoid costly repairs down the line, including the following:

  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Solar panel cleaning
  • Dryer vent cleaning
  • Smoke and carbon monoxide detector maintenance
  • Garage door maintenance
  • Snake drains
  • Flush water heater
  • Deodorize garbage disposal
  • Furnace filter change
  • Range hood filter
  • Refrigerator coil cleaning
  • Minor tree branch removal
Methena said the service area for HomeSmiles in Austin will include North and Central Austin, Cedar Park, Elgin, Georgetown, Hutto, Leander, Liberty Hill, Manor, Pflugerville and Round Rock.
