Rec's Hushpuppie Heaven will open a storefront at 200 E. Pecan St., Ste. 1, Pflugerville, this fall. Chef and owner Kenneth Rector Jr. opened Rec's Catering in 2005 and expanded his business through Rec's Hushpuppie Heaven in 2013.
