Knuckleheads Smoke N Brew opened in early April at 401 FM 685, Pflugerville. At this time, the business is open daily from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. The shop sells tobacco products, craft beer, smoke accessories, and locally made crafts and gifts.

General Manager Dave Patterson said opening in the midst of the coronvarius outbreak prompted him to also stock hard-to-find pantry items, including paper towels, toilet paper, bleach and hand sanitizer. He said he is working with his supplier to source milk and eggs by the end of the week.

"This pandemic has certainly changed our direction for the moment as we attempt to mold ourselves to what the current market needs," Patterson said in an email to Community Impact Newspaper.

Knuckleheads has also added online ordering for pickup or delivery through the business's Facebook page and website. Customers can select a no-contact delivery or pickup method as well, Patterson said.
