Knuckleheads Smoke n Brew is under construction at 401 FM 685, Pflugerville, the location of longtime convenience store In & Out Food Mart.

General Manager Dave Patterson described the vision for Knuckleheads as “a localized craft store,” offering more than 300 different craft beers, locally crafted snacks, and hand-crafted glass, canvases, crystals and more from local artists. Knuckleheads will host tastings and events in the future, he said.

Crews are currently removing gas pumps to make room for picnic tables and additional parking, Patterson said.

A grand opening is in the works for either the end of February or the beginning of March, he said. In & Out Food Mart remains open at this time.
