Amy Giannini has joined the city of Pflugerville as assistant city manager, the city announced in a March 30 news release. A licensed civil engineer, Giannini has served for 14 years in public and private engineering sectors, per the release. Giannini previously served nine years with the city of Pflugerville, including as city engineer.
