Ike's Love & Sandwiches, a California-based restaurant chain, opened a Round Rock location Dec. 8, staff confirmed. The sandwich shop, located at 201 University Oaks Blvd., Ste. 1340, Round Rock, is rolling out a soft opening, with a January grand opening event to be announced soon, staff said Dec. 11. 512-502-5873. www.loveandsandwiches.com
