James Avery, an artisan jewelry shop, is set to open in Pflugerville's Stone Hill Town Center, according to signage posted. The upcoming storefront is being built in a newly constructed building located in front of Stone Hill's Target at 18700 Limestone Commercial Drive, Ste. 100, Pflugerville.
