Spirit of Texas, a commercial distillery located in Pflugerville, expanded its business and added a brewery Nov. 8, founder Shaun Siems confirmed in a Dec. 4 email. Located at 1715 Dalshank St., Pflugerville, the distillery side of the business features offerings that pay homage to Pflugerville, such as Pecan Street Rum and Pfluger Single Malt Whiskey.
