Jersey Mike's Subs, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise, will open a second location in Round Rock, company representatives confirmed Nov. 14. The newest Round Rock storefront at 3800 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Round Rock, is anticipated to open in early 2020, according to Jersey Mike’s Area Director Steve Cullen. Jersey Mike's Subs also operates a franchise location at 2800 S.
