Morgan Hubbard, Billie Logiudice and Terrence Owens won the three open positions on the Hutto ISD board of trustees in the May 7 election with 23.68 percent of the vote, 21.84 percent of the vote, and 19.61 percent of the vote, respectively. Russ Metcalf and Peter Gordan trailed with 18.5 percent of the vote and 16.38 percent of the vote, respectively. All results are unofficial until canvassed.

According to early voting results, Morgan Hubbard, Billie Logiudice and Terrence Owens lead in the race for the three open positions on the Hutto ISD board of trustees in the May 7 election with 23.34 percent, 22.6 percent and 20.27 percent of the vote, respectively. Russ Metcalf and Peter Gordon trail with 18.16 percent and 15.63 percent of the vote, respectively. The top three vote-getters tonight will fill the three open positions on the board. Only Logiudice currently serves on the board. "It's exciting to hear my message resonated with a lot of people," Hubbard said tonight. Hubbard said the first thing she would do if elected to the school board is ensure she is up to date on the issues the district is facing. "I have an interest in making sure the [district's] special services are up to snuff and making sure the people getting those services are getting what they need," she said.
