Pflugerville City Council voted unanimously in favor of the appointment of a capital improvement bond committee to weigh out the considerations and possibility of a 2020 bond election. The committee would serve through Feb. 11, after which it would submit a report to Pflugerville City Council for council's deliberations and considerations of a potential call for a bond election. Following the completion of the committee's services Feb. 11, the committee would dissolve.

The bond committee includes the following resident members of the transportation oversight committee: Richard Coaxum, Erin Crespo, Mary Foss, Urcha Dunbar-Crespo, Geoff Guerrero and Josh Foss. It would also include members appointed by council, listed as follows: Pat Epstein, Amanda Maedgen, Chris Callahan and Trey Gamble.
