Palaterra, a two-story office building and event space, broke ground in May at 305 W. Liberty Ave., Round Rock.
Plans include retail and office space on the first floor of the building. The top floor will feature a 3,000-square-foot multipurpose event space with a capacity of 150. The event space will be equipped with audio and visual technology for seminars and meetings.
