Pflugerville Mayor Victor Gonzales has submitted a letter to all city homeowner associations requesting them to close HOA parks during Easter weekend, according to an April 7 city news release. The request, dated April 5, aligns with city and county orders on park closures, running from 8 a.m. April 10 through 8 a.m. April 13.

The closures are requested in an effort to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus and to prevent large gatherings during the holidays. Those celebrating Easter are asked to connect with family and friends virtually and to avoid public gatherings.
