A new coffee shop is slated to open in downtown Round Rock at 106 S. Mays St., Ste. 100, following the closure of Industria Coffee in November. Mi Mundo Coffeehouse & Roastery will offer organic coffee, espresso drinks, teas and smoothies. The business will also sell baked goods, tamales and breakfast tacos, according to Mi Mundo's Facebook page.

A grand opening is planned for Feb. 8 from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. The celebration includes live music, local food and craft vendors, a free coffee brew class, giveaways and prizes.
