The owner of Hanover's Draught Haus in Pflugerville plans to expand to I-35 Round Rock with Hanover's 2, or H20, in November.

The Round Rock location will be located at 16912 N. I-35, just south of SH 45 N, and serve gourmet burgers and feature a full bar, according to owner Adeline Bui. Bui said the location will also feature live music and sand volleyball.

"Hanover's has been an institution in Pflugerville for more than 15 years," Bui said. "It’s kind of like a hidden gem in Pflugerville, and I wanted to bring it more mainstream. Round Rock was just the best home."

Bui said the new location will cater to a different demographic than the original Hanover's.

"Hanover's is very masculine," she said. "I wanted the second location to be a bit more feminine. ... Our goal is that people who want to go to a nice place don’t have to go to downtown [Austin] or to the Domain."
