Pflugerville City Council will host an emergency meeting to discuss concerns regarding coronavirus March 13 at 5 p.m., according to a March 13 city news release. As part of the discussion, council will address city services, social distancing, city services continuity and precautions related to the illness, per the release.

Pflugerville is also working with area agencies such as Austin Public Health and Travis County Emergency Services District No. 2 in relation to public response to the virus. The announcement follows the first two presumptive positive cases of the disease in Travis County as confirmed by Austin Public Health on March 13.
