Stockade Kitchen, a new concept restaurant for multiconcept restaurant chain Stockade Companies, is coming soon to Hutto. The restaurant, specializing in American comfort food in a fast-casual setting, is set to open at 210 Ed Schmidt Blvd., Ste. 100, in April or May, Ed Sadler of Stockade Companies confirmed Jan. 15. Stockade Companies oversees chains Sirloin Stockade, Montana Mike's Steakhouse and Coyote Canyon with more than 80 locations in nine states.
