The city of Hutto has reached an agreement with Wolverine Interests LLC, the former developer behind the city's Perfect Game mixed-use development, according to a Nov. 8 news release.

Hutto has agreed to reconcile its contract dispute with Wolverine following prior City Council approval "to approve an agreement with the development agency to purchase market data, architectural design materials in its possession and act as a consultant to the city to assist in its efforts to develop the property for Perfect Game," per the release.

"Both parties acknowledge statements were made that inaccurately described the character of the City Manager and other parties involved as part of a legal strategy regarding the contract matter," the release read.

Legacy Development was announced as the project's new developer at council's Sept. 19 meeting.
