The closure will affect Kelly Lane from West Falcon Pointe Boulevard to Hidden Lake Drive and Jake’s Hill Road. The road will be closed from 8 p.m.-8 a.m., starting on March 21.
The road will close to allow construction crews to install the final six bridge beams of the reconstructed road, which will transform it from a two-lane roadway to an urban, four-lane divided section. City Council approved the design for Phase 2 in December 2024, and the project stems from a 2018 bond election when voters approved $21.1 million in funding for transportation projects.
