CR 132, from Branson Boulevard to CR 134 in Hutto, will experience traffic disruptions over the next few weeks while the city completes wastewater line construction.

The details

The construction project on CR 132, south of Hwy. 79, began March 17 to construct roughly 11,000 feat of wastewater line. Hutto anticipates the project to last three to four weeks, weather and other factors permitting, according to a city news release.

Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. until the project is complete.

What residents should know


During this time, the city will implement traffic control measures to ensure safety and minimize disruption, according to the news release.

As crews complete sewer work, there will be no entry for through traffic, including neighborhood traffic. Residents must enter CR 132 by way of Hwy. 79. Neighborhood access will be maintained, and roads will open up at the end of each day.

Traffic will be allowed on CR 134, but may be redirected.
