Several Pflugerville roads are set for pavement rehabilitation after City Council approved a contract Nov. 14 with Patin Construction to complete the city’s Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Package No. 2 project.

Overview

The project will see improvements made to seven streets in Pflugerville, with the scope of work including resurfacing, curbing, pavement markings and signs.

Work is expected to begin on the project in January, with construction anticipated to last approximately 11 months. The $9.87 million project is funded by a 2020 voter-approved bond proposition. In addition, council approved an agreement in the amount of $88,885 with Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory LLC to conduct asphalt, concrete and earthworks inspections.
