East Street Tattoo, a new locally owned tattoo shop, is on its way to 117 East St., Hutto. Owners Daniel Homann and Kendall Ramsey specialize in a variety of styles ranging from American traditional to fine-line black and gray. The shop is slated to open in late March or early April.
