Located south of Chandler Road off CR 133, the property known as Flora is expected to bring 2,800 homes, with homes to be for sale beginning later this year, according to a news release.

“Hutto is in a period of dynamic growth for both businesses and residential communities,” ECL President Steve Sellers said in the release. “Flora is only 30 minutes from downtown Austin, near Georgetown and Round Rock, and just minutes from the new Samsung Austin Semiconductor plant opening this year in nearby Taylor.”
The first phase will include 400 homes, with a variety of floor plans available. The development will center around connectivity within the neighborhood and surrounding natural environment, Sellers explained. There are plans for nature trails along the creek that runs throughout the property.
