Three weeks after Winter Storm Mara resulted in fallen tree branches across Pflugerville, the city is moving forward with a new process for collecting tree debris.

From Feb. 28 through March 10, contractor KC Tree will make one pass through each residential street in Pflugerville to collect tree debris left on the curbside.

A map of KC Tree's progress and expected pickup time frames for each neighborhood is available online.

Residents with uncollected debris after March 10 can schedule a one-time free pickup from Waste Connections, either online or by calling 512-282-3508.

Additionally, there are two brush drop-off sites where residents can deposit debris: one at 103 N. Railroad Ave. that is open Monday through Thursday, and another at 15500 Sun Light Near Way that is open Friday, Saturday and Monday.

All debris collection methods are for tree and brush debris only.
