At a special City Council meeting May 16, three re-elected and newly elected Hutto officials were sworn into office.

Mayor Mike Snyder, Place 3 Council Member Randal Clark and Place 6 Council Member Amberley Kolar were all sworn in at the meeting.

The three were elected—or re-elected in Snyder's case—in the city's May 7 election.

Clark replaces Council Member Mandi Villarreal Salvo, while Kolar fills a seat left vacant after Council Member Tanner Rose's resignation in January.

"It's been a privilege to sit up here for a year," Villarreal Salvo said. "Hutto, y'all have two really incredible people coming to represent you up here on the dais."

Clark and Kolar's first regular meeting as council members will take place May 19.
