Ninth Grade Center Athletic field
According to documents provided by district staff, concerns have been raised around the track surface of the Ninth Grade Center Athletic field, located at FM1660, Hutto.
Staff said the district will meet with all parties involved to figure out a solution.
Transportation facilities
The documents presented to the board show that permanent power will be installed at the district’s transportation facilities by Oncor Electric Delivery. The work completed so far includes elevator inspections. Crews will began working on installation once the air conditioner system are installed. The estimated completion date is Dec. 17.
Hutto Elementary School modernization
Some areas of Hutto Elementary School are still under construction as part of a project to modernize the campus. The work includes the kitchen, the south play area, north play area, and the gym, staff said. Completion dates for such areas are Nov. 26, Nov. 29, Dec. 13, and August 2022 respectively, according to district documents.
Hutto Memorial Stadium
A ribbon cutting ceremony for Hutto Memorial Stadium will be held Dec. 10 to celebrate the completion of the Memorial Stadium, located at 573 Chris Kelley Blvd, Hutto. The stadium has been under construction since 2019.
