The complex is called The Livano Pflugerville, according to Devin Broder, marketing director for LIV development, the company developing the complex.
Construction started in February, and Broder said The Livano, which will contain 459 one-, two- and three-bedroom multifamily and condo units, will be complete by spring 2024.
However, residents may pre-lease units this fall, and the first units should deliver by winter 2023, he said.
The Livano will also contain amenities, including a fitness center, a resort pool, a coffee shop, a pet center, a private workspace, a green space, a market space, a lounge and a game room, Broder said.
