Hutto Spice Route is now open, located in The Hippo Escape food-truck park in the downtown area.

The food truck serves a variety of Mediterranean and Indian food. The menu includes chicken shawarma wraps, falafel wraps, lamb shawarma wraps and rice platters.

Customers will also find french fries, curly fries, dolma, and both traditional and boneless wings.
