A new El Pollo Rico location is planned for Pflugerville, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration.

The dining company specializes in authentic Mexican charcoal grilled chicken and carne asada.

The restaurant will be located in a new retail center, according to TDLR. The 5,970 square-foot space will include the restaurant build out as well as space for future tenants. Currently in registration status, the project has an estimated start date of February 2025, with an estimated completion in August of the same year.
