CaJJun Eats has opened its doors for business in Pflugerville.

The restaurant will serve flavorful Cajun cuisine, including signature dishes such as swamp grits, CaJJun boudain egg rolls, gumbo and more.

Originally from Beaumont, brothers Jahmaal and Jermaine Dumes founded CaJJun Eats with a desire to bring authentic Southeast Texas- and Louisiana-style food to the Austin area, according to the company's website.
