The national restaurant chain Gen Korean BBQ House will open a Pflugerville location in mid- to late 2024.

The company is currently awaiting permit approval to take over the space previously occupied by Morelia Mexican Grill, located in the Stone Hill Town Center, co-CEO David Kim said.

If permitting can be acquired within the next couple of months, Kim estimates renovations can be wrapped up in about five or six months.

Gen Korean BBQ’s menu boasts a variety of freshly prepared meats, seafood and vegetables, as well as traditional Korean ban-chan.
