The Pflugerville Stone Hill multi-sport court will have its grand opening along with a ribbon cutting ceremony Nov. 9.

What is it?

Located at Stone Hill Park, the multi-sport court can be used for basketball, soccer, inland hockey and other sports. The court also has a Goalpher self-rising goal, which is the first location in Texas to have the retractable soccer feature.

The court also features a collaboration between the city of Pflugerville and 4ATX Foundation, the nonprofit sector of Austin FC. 4ATX also funded an on-court mural installation designed by Emily Eisenhart.

The project cost the city $343,005 and is funded by park development fees from a nearby development.
