A new residential housing community is open for buyers in Pflugerville. Austin builder Brohn Homes offers 200 floor plans in Edgebrooke that range from 1,230 to 3,007 square feet. The neighborhood also features a playground, dog park, walking trails and a pickle ball court.

The neighborhood is zoned within the Pflugerville ISD and has nearby access to SH 130 and I-35.
