Members of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce and the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation will host a groundbreaking event for a new business park in the eastern portion of the city.

The event will take place Nov. 17 at noon at 18629 Weiss Lane, Pflugerville. A news release from PCDC states the Weiss Lane Business Park will consist of two buildings and contain 40,506 square feet total.

The project comes from developers CB Capital and is the first of its kind east of SH-130, according to the release.

The release states the two buildings in the business park will serve a variety of office, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, and service users.

"There is strong demand for multi-purpose units that provide office/industrial users in Pflugerville an opportunity to grow and thrive, and this new project fills a big gap in our local inventory,” said Amy Madison, PCDC Executive Director, in the release. “This development will be a catalyst for small businesses to serve the region, create jobs and invest in our community.”

The park is targeted for completion in February 2024. SBS Construction is the general contractor for the project, Fuse Architecture Studio is the architect, and Jordan Walker and Greg Marberry of CBRE are currently marketing the property for lease, according to the release.
