Timeline: April 4, 2022-April 3, 2023

Estimated cost: $1.5 million

Scope of work: 6,000-square-foot convenience store with 2,500 square feet of lease space with five pumps and associated parking stalls and driveway access from Kelly Lane and Weiss Lane with drainage detention and water quality pond

Pecan Street Gas Station: 16212 Impact Way, Pflugerville

Type of work: new construction

Timeline: Dec. 1-Oct. 1, 2022

Estimated cost: $450,000

Scope of work: construction of a one-story, 5,954-square-foot retail building

Crossing at Palm Valley: 2110 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Round Rock.

Type of work: new construction

Timeline: Feb. 14, 2022-Feb. 1, 2023

Estimated cost: $600,000

Scope of work: approximately 8,000 square feet of leasing and amenity space with a pool court and dog park
